12.2 Reduction of environmental impact
• Adjust the fan speed to the intensity of the cooking vapours.
• Pay attention to an adequate supply of fresh air during operation of the extractor
hood.
• Observe the distance between the upper edge of the hob and the lower edge of the
extractor hood as indicated in the installation instructions in order to achieve the
optimum effect.
• Clean or replace the filters (grease filter/odour filter) at regular intervals.
• Switch off the extractor hood after the end of cooking.
• On extractor hoods with run-on time, activate this function.
• Switch off the light after the end of cooking.
