If the previous process doesn’t work a
factory reset will be necessary:
1. Remove both HearBuds from
the charging case.
2. Press and hold the button on both HearBuds
until the flash red/blue alternatively.
3. Double press the button on one Hearbud.
4. The HearBuds should now be completely
reset and can be paired as normal.
