Also, check for any obstructions blocking airflow from the grill or outdoor louvres. If the unit size isn't appropriate for the room, consult with a dealer to determine the correct capacity. If there was a power interruption, the settings were changed too quickly, or the compressor overloaded, turn the unit off and wait 5 minutes before restarting.
