capsend placethem talerightsideslots.
e Removedoorcapsand sealings.Placingthem_ck on
the oppositeside(lefUrightofviceversa).
• Laythe Refrigeratoron its back(coil side)to accessIhe
bottompanelarea.
• RemovegreypJezoignitor (C5),temperaturecontrol
(C2)and gascontrol(C3)knobs fromwhitebushings.
• Usingpliers,carefullybendand removesplitpinsfrom
whitebushings.Removebushingsfromcontro_reds,
• Using1/4"nutdriver,removescrews(10) fromgrey
steelsupportpanel.Pushsuppedpaneldown to access
hingeplacementarea.
• Prepareto resetrowerhingeon opposilesideby holding
ra_ supportplatewhilemountinglowerhinge(F4)lo
cabinet.
• Fit Refrigeratordoorontolower hinge.
= Resetfelt middrehinge andplasticspacer(this_oartis
suppliedwithIheReltigeratorparts bag).
e FitFreezerdooronto[eftmiddlehinge,
• SlandRefrigeratorbackup.
• Regulatedooralignmetto obtain pe,'fectsealingall
aroundmagneticdoor sears.
• Replaceupperhingecap.
• Usingpliers,removeplaslic portionfrom left side of
consoreto accomodateIc_verhinge(seefig. F).Areato
beremoved[soutlinedon pleslJcinner sideofconsole.
• Real_ch console,checkingthe correctalignmenlof the

2.3 Installing the Refrigerator

Toensureunintenupledoper!!ion,we recommendIhat
Ihegas supplysystem beled fromtwogascylinders,with
an automaticsw[tchoverdevice,Thespeciliedluel is
propaneandthe supplypressuremustbe 11inches
(280ram)watercolumn.The Refrigeratormuslbe
connectedwithcopperorotheracceptabletubingof
sufficientdiameterto avoida pressuredropof morethan
one inch(25 ram)watergaugeup totheRefrigeratorinlet,
evenwithethergas-operatedappriances(suchas heaters,
andthe like)operatingfrom thesamesystem.
• The applianceanditsindividualshutoilvalvemust be
disconnectedfrom thegassupplypipingsystemduring
anypressuretestingof Ihat systemat lest pressures[n
excessof 1/2psig (3,5 kPa).

Toinstallthe Refrigerator:
• If necessary,installa metalor woodpaneloverthe floor
as recommendedin item2.!. (b).
• Disassemblethe burnerbox (Dg).
• Placethe Refrigeratorin ils definiteposition.Turn the
bolts(B1) untilthe Refrigeraloris revel.Removeitagain
from its location,
• Connectthe gassupplyto the manualshut eftvalve
(DI3). Usea certifiedflexibletype metalconnect_ of
sufficientlength.
• Connecta pressuregaugeat Ihe plug{G5) etthe
conlrols,
Now checkthe operation:
• Operatethe Refrigeratoraccordingto the inslructions
(F6)and allowitto workforat least30 minu_es.
• Duringthis period, checkthe connectionsfor leaks,from
thegasinlet tothe orificespud,usinga detergentand
watersolution.
• Check_e readingof Iha pressuregauge. Withno other
gasappl[ar_ceoperatingit shouldnot passt1" water
gauge.Withotherappliancesoperatingit shouldnotfail
berow10",
• Check theoperationof theflame-faireredeviceas
indicatedunder"reehnicalDescrip![on",ilem 6,3,
• Witha mirror(17)beneaththefiamelube(14),make
sureIhattheflamecolorisb/ue.tt shouldnetreachthe
tipof the baffle(t5), whichwillnormallybe slightly
aglow,
• "rumoffthe gasatthe control(C3) leavingthe manual
shutoffvalve(Dr3) open.Replacetheptug(G5).
• Replacethe burnerbox (O8).
Check weather the flame [s centered in relation
to the heater pipe (chimney).
If it is not, turn the product off and call a service
agency. Do not run the Refrigerator under this
circumstance. See detail in figure 1+
