The filling out of the gear has to be done immediately after operation when the oil is still
hot to avoid deposits of impurities.
Pay attention when emptying, as the hot oil may cause serious burns.
Clean the plug with detergent, taking extreme care to keep it clean during the refilling
phase.
Cleanliness is essential for the proper functioning of the machine and the hydrostatic
system, in particular.
The reduction gear brake does not requires any specific maintenance. The periodic
controls are limited to checks of the gear oil level and external leaks.
In case of a decrease or increase in
the oil level inside the gear and with
no external leaks, the drive motor
must be overhauled by an authorized
service centre.
The oil level check, filling or emptying
must be done with the machine in a
horizontal position and the engine
must be switched off.
Place a container of adequate
capacity under the drain plug to
collect the oil.
DO NOT DISPOSE THE USED OIL
IN THE ENVIRONMENT.
