- Over time, mineral deposits from water may accumulate on the Heating Plate, which can resemble rust.
- Homemade Cleaning Solution: A solution of 10 parts water to 1 part vinegar can be used. Pour this solution onto the Heating Plate and let it sit for a period.
- Scrubbing: Alternatively, the Heating Plate can be gently scrubbed in a circular motion with a "magic eraser"-type sponge and a little warm water.
Troubleshooting:
- Indicator Light not turning on: Ensure the power cord is plugged in, check if the power outlet is operating correctly, press the Power Lever, and confirm there hasn't been a power failure.
