10 ∙ setting up your easy kettle
• Clean your Easy Kettle thoroughly before using. Always unplug the appliance prior
to cleaning or storing.
• Remove all packaging material and stickers, and sterilize your Kettle before first use.
• Using a dish brush, wash the inside of the Kettle with warm, soapy water.
• Fill the Kettle to the MAX line, place on the Power Base, and turn on. Once the Kettle
automatically turns off, carefully discard the boiling water.
WARNING: The Easy Kettle and its Power Base are NOT dishwasher safe.
ATTENTION: Do not use abrasive scrubbers, sponges, or chemical cleaners as
they will damage the appliance.
