1. Cook brown rice in the Rice Cooker with the chicken broth. While the rice is
cooking, sauté the peas, carrots, and onions on the stovetop with 1 tablespoon
olive oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Sauté until onions are translucent.
2. Add pineapple, egg, and green onion to pan, combine, then remove
remaining tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in the pan and
add the rice.
3. Stir for about 1 minute and then add other ingredients. Cook for and additional
2-3 minutes.
