Directions:
Assemble your Dash Shaved Ice Maker.
Blend or purée your fruit in a food processor or blender. Pour the purée into a
saucepan and add the rest of your ingredients and sugar or sweetener. Cook over
medium heat, stirring occasionally until boiling. Turn the heat down to low and
continue to simmer for 5 minutes, before removing from the heat. Let cool, then strain
if necessary.
Shave your ice using the Dash Shaved Ice Maker. Make sure that the syrup is chilled
before pouring over your shaved ice. Pour a tablespoon or two of syrup over your
shaved ice and enjoy!
