1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp simple syrup or honey (optional)
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

Puree blueberries and simple syrup in blender. Add yogurt and either mix
by hand (to produce swirls) or puree together until combined. Pour into
popsicle molds and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
Let popsicles thaw 1-2 minutes or run under hot water for easy removal
from molds.
