The register is composed by the following fields:

BIN15_EN ... BIN02_EN BIN01_EN BIN00_EN
0 0 0 0 1 Default
BINX_EN Enable(1)/Disable(0) the counter for the corresponding histogram
bin.

BINX_EN: if the BINX_EN bit (X=0..15) is set to 1 all the sampled data values
which are in the range of bin X are saved into the logging memory. Default
condition is all flags set to 1.
