What to do if vPad-IV app says DATREND Systems Measuring Instruments analyzer is not connected?

  First, ensure the Controller Module is powered. Then: For wired (USB) connection: * Ensure the tablet USB communication cable is connected to both the tablet and the USB to tablet jack on the Controller's rear panel. * In the vPad Settings app, choose the USB option for "vPad-IV Pump Tester." * If it fails, restart the tablet. For wireless (Bluetooth) connection: * In vPad Settings app, select the Bluetooth option for "vPad-IV Pump Tester" and choose the "BT ID" (Bluetooth ID) from the drop-down list (printed on the Controller Module's rear panel). * If the Controller's Bluetooth ID isn't in the vPad Settings list, go to the Android Settings menu and pair the Controller with the tablet, entering Pass Code 1234 or 123456 when asked. * If it still fails, restart the tablet.

What to do if some Modules show the same channel number on DATREND Systems Measuring Instruments?

  To resolve the problem, reassign Module channel numbers so that they are unique: 1. Power up the analyzer, or reboot it by disconnecting and reconnecting the DC power cable at the back of the Controller Module. 2. Press and hold the "CH" button on the rear panel of the Module you want to change. 3. Release the button when the channel number starts blinking. 4. Quickly press and release the "CH" button to change the channel number until you reach the desired channel. Typically, the Controller Module is set to channel #1, and other Modules are set to unique channels in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 order. 5. Release the "CH" button and wait until the channel number stops flashing to store the number in the Module's memory.
