Pre-charging a battery that has been excessively discharged.
During a pre-charge, such as when you started to charge an excessively discharged battery,
the green lamp blinks slowly.
Standby time up
If charging is on standby for a long time (for example, if the temperature is too high), it is
cancelled, and the green lamp blinks fast.
Various Malfunctions
• The red lamp turns ON or blinks.

lamp display (lit or blinking pattern).
If the battery voltage is low (below 18.2V) at the start of charging, the charger
will automatically charge at low amperage. It will start a normal charge once
the voltage recovers. (The low-amperage charging will take longer time than
normal.)
NOTE
When the temperature of the battery is out of the temperature range that
is suitable for charging, and the temperature does not recover after a
predetermined length of time has elapsed, the charger will automatically stop
charging.
In this case, it does not recover automatically. Unplug the charger cable, then
try charging again.
After performing the above, if the battery temperature recovery standby time is
up, move the battery and the charger to a location with a suitable temperature,
and charge.
