Linear or non-linear output scaling of the crowning device.
Description
The output scaling of the crowning device can be based on a linear relation between the output
signal and the position of the crowning device (minimum + maximum position).
It is also possible to drive a non-linear crowning device.
0 = linear
1 = table (non- linear)
Press the key to select the required setting.
When you have selected the non-linear crowning device you can program the output scaling via
a table. The values of DA-min and DA-max are ignored in this case. Go to the table with the
‘next page’ softkey.
The table has 10 entries. For each position the output value (in DA-points) can be programmed.
At least 2 entries should be programmed. The actual output value will be computed by means of
linear interpolation. In case of two entries you should program the first and second entry.
