Cable management
The optional CMA can be mounted on either the left or right side of the rails without the use of tools
for fast and easy deployment.
The optional CMA for the VRTX organizes and secures the cords and cables exiting the back of the
server and unfolds to allow the server to extend out of the rack without having to detach the cables.
Key features of the VRTX CMA include:
 Large U-shaped baskets to support dense cable loads
 Open vent pattern for optimal airflow
 Mounting on either side by simply swinging the attachment housings from one side to the other
 Simple and intuitive snap-in mounting design eliminates the need for tools for both the CMA and
tray
 Hook-and-loop straps, rather than plastic tie wraps, to eliminate the risk of cable damage during
cycling
 Low-profile fixed tray to both support and retain the CMA in its fully closed position
