      There are several reasons why your DeLonghi Coffee Maker might not be producing hot coffee. It could be that the cups weren't preheated; try warming them by rinsing with hot water, using the hot water function if needed. Another reason could be that the appliance's internal circuits have cooled down if it's been a few minutes since the last coffee was made; run a rinse cycle to heat the infuser before brewing. Finally, check the coffee temperature setting in the menu and set it to a higher temperature if it is set too low.

      If your DeLonghi Coffee Maker is producing weak or not creamy enough coffee, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The coffee might be ground too coarsely. To fix this, adjust the grinding adjustment dial one click anticlockwise towards "1" while the coffee mill is operating, repeating until the coffee delivery is satisfactory. Note that the effect is only visible after delivering 2 coffees. Also, ensure that you are using coffee suitable for espresso machines.
