SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS
- A short power cord is provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a
longer cord.
- Longer, detachable power supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exer-

- If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating
of the appliance. If the appliance is provided with 3- wire, grounding type cord, the extension should be

unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug should still fail to t,

What to do if my DeLonghi Coffee Maker doesn't make milk froth for cappuccino?
    • D
      Deanna JacksonJul 28, 2025
If no milk froth is formed when making cappuccino with your DeLonghi Coffee Maker, consider these potential causes. For the ECP3630 model, ensure the ring on the cappuccino maker is in the CAPPUCCINO position. The milk might not be cold enough; always use 2% milk at refrigerator temperature. A dirty cappuccino maker can also prevent frothing, so clean the holes thoroughly. Limescale in the water circuit can also be a factor, so descale the machine.

If no espresso coffee is delivered from your DeLonghi Coffee Maker, several factors could be responsible. First, ensure the water tank is adequately filled. Next, check if the holes in the filter holder are blocked and clean them if necessary. Additionally, a blocked espresso boiler outlet could be the culprit, requiring cleaning. Finally, limescale buildup in the water circuit may impede coffee delivery, so descale the machine.

      Vanessa BlakeAug 6, 2025
If the espresso coffee is dripping from the edges of the filter holder rather than the holes on your DeLonghi Coffee Maker, it could be due to a few reasons. First, make sure the filter holder is correctly attached and firmly rotated as far as it can go. Also, the holes in the filter holder spouts might be blocked, requiring cleaning. Alternatively, the espresso boiler gasket may have lost elasticity or is dirty, in which case you should have it replaced by Customer Services.

Why is my DeLonghi ECP3220W dripping coffee too slowly?
    • J
      Jacob WebbAug 9, 2025
If the coffee is dripping too slowly from your DeLonghi Coffee Maker, there are several potential causes. You might be pressing the pre-ground coffee down too firmly, so try pressing it less firmly. There could also be too much pre-ground coffee, so reduce the quantity. Other possible reasons include a blocked espresso boiler outlet or filter, both of which need cleaning. Ensure that you are using pre-ground coffee specifically for espresso coffee makers and that it is not damp. Finally, the type of pre-ground coffee could be the issue, so try using a different type.
