7. Rinse the milk carafe connector (E6) thoroughly (g. 33).
Take particular care to ensure that there are no milk resi-
dues in the air channel (see enlargement) (g. 34):

8. Dry all the components with a clean dry cloth;
9. Push the connector fully home (g. 36 and 37): when
securely inserted, the connector can be detached only by
pressing the release button on the lid.

10. Reassemble all the lid components:
11. Close the carafe: ret the lid (the reference mark on the lid
must be aligned with the symbol) then turn toward
the symbol until locked in position (g. 22).
15. CLEANING THE INFUSER
Important!
The infuser (A6) cannot be removed while the machine is on.
Press the button (B1)to turn the machine o;
12. Remove the water tank (A9);

Open the infuser door, positioned on the right hand side (g. 38);

Press the two coloured release buttons inwards (g. 39), at
the same time pulling the infuser outwards;

15. Immerse the infuser in water for about 5 minutes, then
rinse under the tap;
Important!
RINSE WITH WATER ONLY
NO DETERGENTS NO DISHWASHER
16. Do not use detergents when cleaning the infuser, as they
could damage it.
17. Use a brush to remove any coee residues left in the infus-
er housing, which can be seen through the infuser door;
18. After cleaning, replace the infuser by sliding it into its housing,
then apply pressure to the PUSH symbol until it clicks into place;
Please note:
If the infuser proves dicult to insert, adapt it (before inser-
tion) to the right position by pressing the two levers (g. 40).

19. Once inserted, make sure the two coloured buttons have
snapped out (g. 41);
20. Close the infuser door;
21. Put the water tank back.
