If your DeLonghi Air Conditioner is running but not cooling, several factors could be the cause. First, make sure the air exhaust hose isn't bent or kinked; position it correctly, keeping it short and free of curves to avoid bottlenecks. Check for and remove any obstacles blocking air discharge. Ensure windows, doors, and curtains are closed to prevent heat from entering. Eliminate any heat sources in the room, such as ovens or hairdryers. Also, verify the air exhaust hose is properly fitted in the housing at the back of the appliance. Finally, clean the dust filter, as a clogged filter can impede cooling. If none of these steps work, the appliance's technical specifications may not be adequate for the room size.
