CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER
The clutch slave cylinder should not be
disassembled. Replace the cylinder as an assembly
if there are any signs of leakage or if a malfunction
occurs.
REMOVAL
1.
Raiss
vehicle on hoist.
2.
After engine exhaust has cooled, disconnect
clutch line from slave cylinder.
3. Remove two (2) bolts securing slave cylinder to
clutch housing.
4.
Remove slave cylinder.
Note:
Slave cylinder push rod does not have to be
disconnected from clutch fork.
INSTALLATION
1.
Reverse removal procedure.
2.
Bleed clutch. See clutch bleeding section for
procedure.
