CLEANING
Before cleaning, ALWAYS disconnect the plug (9)
from the power socket.
• Useadampclothtocleantheequipmentbody(1).
Do not use abrasive detergents.
Never immerse the equipment body (1) in
water or other liquids.
DO NOT wash any equipment components
in a dishwasher
• Removethetray(7)andthecapsuledrawer(6).
Empty any capsule and wash the drawer with
ordinary dishwashing detergent.
• Periodicallyremovethewatertank(2)andrinseit
with clean water, then replace carefully.
COFFEE PREPARATION
• StartthecoeepreparationonlyiftheLEDsare
steady green.
• Placeacupontheremovableandadjustabletray(7).
• Lifttheleverandinsertacapsuleintothecapsule
holder compartment with the color film facing
backwards.
• Closethelever(5)andpressoneoftheextraction
buttons (11 or 12) according to your choice.
The coee extraction stops automatically.
The standard manufacturer coee settings are:
35 cc for espresso (11);
50 cc for coee (12).
If you wish to change to your own settings please
refer to page 59.
• Byopeningthelevertheusedcapsuleis
automatically ejected into the capsule drawer (6).
The capsule drawer (6) can hold a maximum
of 10 capsules, after which it must be emptied.
The capsule drawer can be released.
The equipment will inform you when the capsule
drawer is full, by a blinking red light in the On/O
general button.
The coee extraction buttons will be unusable
until the capsule drawer is emptied.
Ignoring this procedure may cause serious damage.
