Trace the template onto the countertop using a pencil for the cutout guide.
Carefully cut the opening in the countertop following the traced line using an appropriate saw.
Determine bracket location and align sink with countertop, ensuring holes are 1/2" from sink edge.
Drill a 3/8" diameter, 1/2" deep hole in the countertop for mounting.
Insert anchors into the drilled holes and lightly tap with a hammer until flush.
Apply sealant around the sink rim, align, and press firmly into the countertop cutout.
Attach mounting hardware to the sink bowl and allow sealant to set for 30-60 minutes.
Connect drain, trap, and water supply lines. Check for leaks and ensure drain kit compliance.
Take apart the strainer components before installation.
Insert the metal strainer into the drain hole with gaskets and secure from underneath.
Use the screw to tighten the metal strainer and main body into place.
Insert the strainer cover to seal the water.
