Why is no soap dispensing from my Delta DESD-750?

  If no soap is coming out of your Delta Dispenser, several factors could be at play. First, check the batteries; if they're low, replace them. Second, ensure that the soap reservoir isn't empty; refill it if necessary. If the bottle is full but the soap hasn't reached the spout, press the refill button located at the bottom of the pump until soap starts dispensing. Also verify that all connectors between the motor, electronic unit, and power source are properly connected, ensuring the white o-ring is not visible. Reflections from the washbasin or other objects may interfere with the sensor; eliminate these reflections. Finally, solidified soap in the hose or unit may be the issue; refer to the cleaning instructions.

  If your Delta Dispenser isn't dispensing soap, it might be because the connectors between the electronic unit and the power source are disconnected or not properly connected. Make sure to connect the electronic unit connectors to the power source connector.
