Why is my Delta Dispenser not dispensing soap?

  Several factors can prevent soap from dispensing. First, check and replace low or depleted batteries. Next, ensure the soap bottle is adequately filled. If filled, press the refill button until soap dispenses. Also, verify that the connectors between the motor and the electronic unit, and the electronic unit and power source, are correctly connected, ensuring the white o-ring is not visible. Reflections interfering with the sensor may also be the reason, so eliminate any reflective objects. Finally, solidified soap may be the cause, so you should refer to the cleaning instructions.
