• Examine the product for possible damage at regular intervals.
• Use only a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
Note:
Prior to cleaning a socket, the product must be disconnected
from the socket and the socket must be disconnected from the
power supply.
Disposal
Note:
When the device has become obsolete, please dispose of it
properly. Do not throw it into household waste, but rather,
submit it to a collection centre for electrical and electronic
devices.
Remove the batteries beforehand and submit these to a
collection centre for batteries!
In the interest of environmental protection, please also ensure
the appropriate recycling of packaging material. Packaging is
a raw material and can be recycled.
Your responsible local authority will be pleased to inform
you about addresses and opening times of collection centres.

a) Check whether the electrical device
is switched off using a suitable
switch. Switch the electrical device
on.
b) Check whether e.g. the light bulb
of the electrical device is functional.
