Rear Rack Assembly for CITY 1
Denago Rear Rack for the City 1.0-
The rack comes assembled along with
4 bolts to secure your rack.
Please follow the below assembly instructions
Step 1- Unpack your rack and locate
the 4 bolts.
Step 2- Place rack on rear wheel with
2 bars pointing towards the front of
the bike
Step 3- Loosen but do not completely remove the nuts and bolts on the top
of your rack. FOUR (4) positions. Once loosen you should be able to move the
bars freely. For the top- USE your DENAGO folding tool 5mm Allen wrench.
For under the rack, you will need a 10mm or adjustable wrench. In loosing
these 4 areas this will allow you to adjust the rack in STEP 5.
Step 4- Take one of the
black bolts and pass thru
the hole on the bottom of
the rear rack and align with
the treaded portion on the
bottom of the bike frame-
Tighten but keep slight
loose. Now do the same on
the other side. You will
need the 4mm Allen wrench

Rear Rack Assembly Guide

Unpack and Prepare Rack

Unpack the rear rack and locate the four mounting bolts for installation.

Position Rack on Rear Wheel

Place the rack onto the rear wheel, orienting two bars towards the front of the bicycle.

Adjust Top Rack Mounts

Loosen the four top nuts and bolts to allow free movement of the rack arms.

Initial Frame Attachment

Insert and loosely tighten black bolts through the rack's bottom holes into the bike frame.

Secure Rack at Seat Clamp

Remove seat clamp bolts, tilt rack, align with frame, and secure with silver bolts.

Level Rack and Tighten Top

Adjust rack rods for a level position, then tighten top rack bolts first.

Final Tightening and Check

Review and tighten all rack bolts and nuts, confirming 6 bolts and 2 nuts are secured.
