  If your DENAS Personal Care Product isn't providing electrical stimulation when the built-in electrode touches your skin, here's what you can do: * First, make sure you've selected an electrical stimulation mode in the Programs or Frequency Menu. * Next, ensure the electrode is pressed firmly against your skin, and moisten the skin slightly if needed. * Finally, check that the intensity level isn't set to zero and increase it if necessary.

  If your DENAS Personal Care Product produces sound signals and automatically switches off after being switched on, it could be due to a low battery voltage. Replace the set of batteries. Also, ensure that you leave the device off for at least 3 seconds before switching it on again.
