    What to do if the LED light on the DENTIS LUVIS L200 LIGHTHEAD does not turn on?

      If the LED light on the LIGHTHEAD doesn't turn on, first check if the supply mains are operating. If the issue isn't power, and you have a backup power supply (UPS), contact your supplier. Otherwise, press the stand-by button on the control panel to see if the LED turns on. If the green light still doesn't illuminate, do not attempt a repair; contact your supplier.

      If the SAFETY COVER of the LIGHTHEAD is polluted, cleanse it with designated chemicals such as Alcohol or Ethanol. If, after cleaning, the essential performances of the device, like Intensity of Illumination or Color Temperature, are seriously impaired, please contact your supplier.

      If the LIGHTHEAD moves left and right after handling, it may be due to an incorrectly adjusted BRAKE SCREW. Check the verticality and horizontality of the installed device using a circular leveler. Use a flat-head screwdriver to tighten the BRAKE SCREWs as shown in the picture. If the condition does not improve, do not attempt to repair; contact your supplier.

      If there is an error in the light pattern formation, check if the distance between the LIGHTHEAD and the bed is the recommended 1 meter. If the condition does not improve, do not attempt to repair; please contact your supplier.
