Denver GSP-120 quick start guide & extra help
Here are some general tips to help you get the most out of your phone.
Power phone on & off
Press and hold the red “hang up” button for 2-3 seconds.
Set time & date
MENU (press the phones Up arrow at the phones Home screen) > SETTINGS >
PHONE SETTINGS > TIME AND DATE
Add contacts
MENU > PHONEBOOK > ADD NUMBER
Now you can choose whether you want to save the contact details to phone or sim card. Choose
either.
In the next screen you come to, the first line is highlighted in green and the header at the top of
screen shows “Name” as this is the name information you are going to need to enter first. Press top
left button on the keypad which will take you through to a new screen where you can enter the
contacts name. Once you have finished entering the name press the top left button again to save
that. On the next screen choose “Done”.
Now press the down arrow on the keyboard to go down to the second line. You will see the header
at the top of the screen then changes to “Number”… now enter the contacts phone number on this
line.
Press the down arrow to go down to the 3
rd
line and you will see at the top of the screen the header
now changes to “Caller Group”. If you wish to assign this contact to a particular caller group choose
your group here.
Once you have entered name, phone number (and if you wanted to assign a caller group to this
contact that this is also set). Now press the top right button on the keypad (button directly under the
screen on the right as you look at the screen) to save the contact information. Once you press this
button the phone shows “Save” on the screen, choose “Yes”.
