Function Description:

The SCR-2000 serves as a multi-functional device, primarily a radio with AM and FM bands. It integrates a powerful LED flashlight for illumination and an SOS alarm function for emergencies. The device is equipped with various charging methods, including solar power, hand crank, and USB, ensuring continuous operation even in off-grid situations. It also features a power indicator to show the remaining battery capacity.

Usage Features:

  • Radio Operation:
    • Turn on the radio and adjust volume using the volume control knob.
    • Select between FM and AM bands using the Band Selector. Extend the antenna for better signal reception.
    • Rotate the Tuning Knob to select a channel. A green tuning indicator illuminates when a channel is properly selected.
  • Flashlight:
    • Press the Flashlight button to turn it on or off.
  • SOS Alarm:
    • Press the "SOS" button twice to activate the alarm.
    • Press the "SOS" button again to turn it off.
  • Powering the Radio:
    • Solar Power: Place the solar panel in direct sunlight to charge the internal battery. Note that solar charging is primarily for maintaining the battery, not for a full charge.
    • Hand Crank: Unfold the handle from the back of the radio and rotate it in either direction. Turn the hand crank for 3-5 minutes to activate the internal battery for initial use. Wind the hand crank at a speed of 130-150 RPM to generate power.
    • USB Charging: Charge the device via USB. The supplied charging cable is designed for Micro USB/iPhone devices (with an adaptor). For other USB devices, use their original charging cable.
  • Power Indicator: The unit features four blue power indicator lights to display the remaining battery capacity (C):
    • 4 lights on: C > 75%
    • 3 lights on: 50% < C < 75%
    • 2 lights on: 25% < C < 50%
    • 1 light on: 3% < C < 25%
    • The first light flashing: C < 3%
  • Charging Indicator: The charging indicator will turn red when the battery is being charged.

  • General Safety:
    • This product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children and pets to prevent chewing and swallowing.
    • Avoid looking directly into the LED light or pointing it at others' faces/eyes, as strong LED light can damage eyesight over prolonged periods.

    • Only use original accessories with the product to ensure proper functionality.
  • Charging Precautions:
    • Do not charge the radio in hot areas, such as inside a car.
    • It is advised to turn the radio off when charging.
    • Only charge with the original charger supplied with this product.
  • Battery Information:
    • The device contains a lithium battery. Do not attempt to open the product.
    • Electric and electronic equipment and included batteries contain materials that can be hazardous to health and the environment if not handled correctly.
    • The product is marked with a crossed-out trash can symbol, indicating it should not be disposed of with household waste but separately.
    • Users should submit used batteries to appropriate and designated recycling facilities to ensure proper recycling and environmental protection.
    • Collection points for electric and electronic equipment and batteries are established in all cities, offering free submission at recycling stations or collection sites. Additional information is available from local technical departments.
