Applications: Applications can be opened by touching their icons on the home screen or in the Launcher. Preinstalled applications include a web browser, calculator, camera, email client, music player, and settings menu. Maintenance Features

Important Safety Information:

  • Do not attempt to open the tablet, expose it to heat, water, moisture, or direct sunlight.
  • Only charge with the original adapter.
  • The lithium-ion battery should only be replaced by a skilled engineer and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Do not incinerate the battery.
  • The device should not be exposed to dripping or splashing liquids.
  • The direct plug-in adapter is the disconnect device and should remain readily operable.
  • This is a Class II or double insulated electrical appliance.
  • Do not remove the cover/back; refer servicing to qualified personnel.
  • Correct disposal of the product is crucial to prevent harm to the environment and human health. Used devices and batteries should be returned to designated collection systems.

Troubleshooting: The manual provides solutions for common issues:

  • Wi-Fi connection problems: Check network functionality, device/router range, and security password.
  • Device not turning on: Charge the battery, reset the unit with a needle/paper clip, check charger connection.
  • Heat issues: Normal when running multiple apps, using brightest screen setting, or charging.
  • System anomalies: Perform a system reset using the RESET button.
  • Email account setup issues: Ensure Wi-Fi connection, correct email settings, and correct system time.
  • Recording issues: Reset the unit and check the record function.
  • Short stand-by time: Battery life varies with temperature and service conditions; normal temperature is recommended. High volume, Wi-Fi, and frequent use drain the battery faster.
  • No sound via earphone: Check volume setting, verify audio file integrity.
  • Color distortion: Reset the unit.
  • Cannot copy files: Check computer connection, memory space, and USB cable.
  • Other troubles: Reset the unit with a needle/paper clip, or upgrade firmware from a PC.

Factory Reset: A factory reset of Android 5.1 units takes up to 10 minutes. During this process, the screen will show "Android" while the firmware reloads. Do not turn off the tablet during this state; it will restart automatically once the firmware is reloaded.
