● All Deruiz electric bikes come with a Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date of receipt.
Defective items or parts will be replaced and shipped to the warranty holder only.
Warranties are not transferable to parties other than the original purchaser. All purchases
must be made directly from the Deruiz brand store. The warranty covers only product defects
that were already present at the handover time.
● Deruiz will cover labor and parts handling the guarantee within the 30-day period after
purchase. The owner is responsible for immediately inspecting your bike on receipt for a
maximum of three days. Shipping claims are time-sensitive. To quickly resolve the issue, the
owner must send an email with a photo and/or video, if appropriate, to support@deruize-
bike.com.
● After the first 30-days Deruiz will ship replacement parts of defective items within two
years at no charge. The owner will be responsible for shipping cost. It will be necessary to
send an email with a photo or video as appropriate to support@deruizebike.com so we can
cover the warranty.
● Deruiz reserves the right to make judgment determinations of proper use based on the
evidence provided and may require additional photos or videos of the item or issue in ques-
