What to do if nothing shows on the DeVilbiss IntelliPAP DV53 Standard Plus CPAP Personal Care Products display?
    • C
      Cesar GarciaAug 16, 2025
First, check that the power cord is fully inserted into both the device and the power outlet. If using a DC power source, ensure those connections are secure and that the battery is charged. Also, if you're using the optional humidifier, make sure the flow generator is correctly seated on the humidifier cradle. Finally, verify that the power outlet is functioning.

Why does airflow stop unexpectedly during use with DeVilbiss Personal Care Products or reports mask leak?
    • S
      Steven JonesAug 19, 2025
The airflow may have stopped because the Auto-OFF feature detected a large air leak, often due to a loosely fitting mask. Make sure your mask fits well, and adjust both the mask and headgear. If you breathe through your mouth during sleep, consider using a chin strap or a different mask designed to prevent mouth-breathing. Also, check that the humidifier chamber is fully engaged and the air supply port plug is correctly inserted into the back of the device.

Why DeVilbiss IntelliPAP DV53 Standard Plus CPAP does not start when breathing into the mask?
    • D
      Danielle GillespieAug 22, 2025
The Auto-ON feature might be disabled, so use the ON/OFF button to start the device. Ensure the power cord is firmly connected to both the device and the outlet. Breathe deeply in and out to allow the Auto-ON feature to detect your breath. If you're using a full face mask with an anti-asphyxia valve, the Auto-ON may not work; use the ON/OFF button instead. Check that the air supply port plug is fully inserted and the humidifier chamber is correctly latched into place.
