What to do if airflow stops or mask leak is reported with DeVilbiss IntelliPAP DV55 Bilevel S CPAP?

If the airflow from your DeVilbiss Personal Care Products device stops unexpectedly or reports a mask leak, it might be due to several reasons. First, the Auto-OFF feature may have detected a large airflow because of a loosely fitting mask. Make sure you have a good mask fit by adjusting the mask and headgear. Second, you might be mouth-breathing during use. Contact your equipment provider for a chin strap or a different mask to prevent mouth-breathing. Third, the humidifier chamber might not be fully engaged or is missing; ensure it is fully in place and the release latch clicks. Finally, the air supply port plug might be missing or not fully inserted into the back of the CPAP; ensure it's fully inserted.
