  If the connected microphone isn't working with your Devine Recording Equipment, first, ensure the cable is properly connected to both the microphone and the interface, and try another cable to rule out a defective one. Then, check the Centro software to confirm that the inputs or outputs are not muted. Finally, make sure that the '+48' button on the front of the interface is enabled and the red LED is lit, indicating that Phantom Power is on.

  If you're getting no sound via the master output on your Devine Recording Equipment, first check that the mute function isn't enabled in your software. Then, check that the mute function on the interface itself isn't enabled. Finally, ensure the master volume knob is not turned all the way down and adjust it as needed.
