It could be due to a cracked or worn fluid nozzle (try tightening or replacing it), a leak at the fluid nozzle thread (tighten the nozzle), or a leak at the fluid needle (tighten the compression nut assembly or replace the needle packing). Also, check if the needle packing is worn out (replace it), if there's insufficient fluid in the cup (fill it), or if the vent hole in the container cover is clogged (clean it out).
