Why won't my DeWalt DXGP210 Pole Saw engine start?
- RRobert CarrollJul 25, 2025
If your DeWalt Pole Saw engine won't start, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the fuel tank isn't empty and is filled with properly-mixed fuel. If the fuel is old (over 30 days) or improperly mixed, drain the tank and add fresh fuel. Also, make sure you've pressed the primer bulb 10 times. If the engine is flooded, move the choke lever to Position B, press the throttle lockout, squeeze the throttle control and pull the starter rope until the engine starts. Lastly, a fouled spark plug can prevent starting, so replace it if necessary.
