  If your DeWalt Vacuum Cleaner stops running, it might be due to a tripped thermal overload. To resolve this, turn off and disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the power source. Empty the dust tank if necessary, and allow the unit to cool down. After cooling, plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet and turn the on/off switch to the ON position to test it. If it still won't restart, call 1-888-899-0146.
