Installation:

The charging station requires hardwired installation by a licensed electrician. It is recommended to install the product at a height where the storage means for the coupling device is between 24" (600 mm) and 48" (1.2 m) from grade. The installation location should be protected from harsh weather conditions and away from flammable materials, children, and pets. The wall used for installation must be capable of supporting the product's weight and remain level. It is crucial to use a power line/metal detector to avoid drilling into pipes or power lines during mounting. The wall bracket is secured using screws and wall anchors (for concrete walls) or by locating a wall stud (for drywall/studs). Wiring involves connecting green (PE), red (L2), and black (L1) wires to the terminal blocks, ensuring proper torque for secure connections.

Operating Instructions:

The device features a display that shows the output current, charging status, Wi-Fi status, charging time, actual current, electricity consumption, and voltage.

Automatic Charging: Once powered and connected to the vehicle's charging port, the station automatically begins charging within seconds. It detects the outlet voltage and the vehicle's maximum allowable input current. The charging process stops automatically when the vehicle's battery is fully charged.
Registering and Connecting: Users can download the DEWALT EV Charger app to control charging sessions, monitor status in real-time, and set charging schedules.
Connectivity: The product is equipped with 2.4 GHz, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi for communication with local routers and mobile devices.
App Functions: The DEWALT EV Charger app allows users to:

Cleaning: Disconnect the charging handle from the vehicle and switch off the circuit breaker before cleaning. Do not use cleaning solvents. Regularly clean the product with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Cover the charging handle with its protective cover before cleaning.
Inspection: Regularly inspect the charging cable and plug for any visible damage or wear.
Network Information and Local Data Reset: A reset button is located inside the handle cradle. Press and hold it for 30 seconds to reset network information and local data.
