SERVICE SCHEDULE
DAILY
Check fuel level ........................................... Use clean #2 Diesel.
Check engine oil level ................................. Use HD15-40 above 40 degrees F.
Use HD10-40 at or below 40 degrees F.
(HD15-40 SUPPLIED FROM FACTORY)
Check hydraulic oil level ............................. Use HD15-40 or HD10-40 motor oil.
(HD15-40 SUPPLIED FROM FACTORY)
Clean engine air pre-filter and filter ............. Blow out with 20 PSI compressed air.
Visually inspect ........................................... Belts, bolts, fittings, and hoses (for signs of leaks or looseness)
accumulator and engine (for signs of obstruction of air cooling
and excess dirt).
Continually look and listen for signs of hydraulic malfunction (excessive noise, sluggish control response,
etc.). If signs occur, STOP IMMEDIATELY or serious damage to hydraulic components could occur!
At the first sign of abnormal hydraulic function check the hydraulic oil level. Change hydraulic oil filter
and refill oil as needed.
40 HOUR SERVICE -- THESE AND ALL PREVIOUS ITEMS
Check Tire Pressure: 10 TO 16 PSI front and rear drive tire.
50 PSI caster tire.
125 HOUR SERVICE -- THESE AND ALL PREVIOUS ITEMS
Clean or change air cleaner element under moderately dusty condition.
Check for fuel and oil leaks.
Check serviceability of battery.
Remove engine baffle and clean cylinder and head fins.
250 HOUR SERVICE -- THESE AND ALL PREVIOUS ITEMS
Check condition and tension of axial fan belt.
Clean fuel injector nozzle if exhaust is dirty.
Change fuel filter element.
Change engine oil and oil filter.
Change both hydraulic filters.
1000 HOUR OR ANNUAL SERVICE -- THESE AND ALL PREVIOUS ITEMS
Repack stabilizer wheels. Use a high quality Bearing Grease.
Change hydraulic oil.
FOR STORAGE DURING OFF SEASON
Fill tank with fuel for off season storage.
Maintain tire pressure as specified above.
Disconnect negative battery cable at battery.
