PRESFLO® suitability for clean water and chemically non-aggressive liquids. Filter recommended for impurities.
Operating temperature 0-40°C, humidity max 90%. Not for explosive environments.
Ensure power supply variation is within 10% of the rating value to prevent damage.
Allows stopping the pump in an emergency by pressing the STOP/RESTART button.
Check packaging for damage, ratings, cable bushings, screws, and ensure clean inlets/outlets and smooth check valve movement.
Use the 2-piece joint for rapid connection. Do not apply sealant inside the joint as it has an internal o-ring.
PRESFLO® can be installed at any angle depending on the flow direction, as indicated in diagrams.
Fit PRESFLO® directly to pump outlet or along delivery line. Do not install taps or non-return valves between pump and PRESFLO®.
Make electrical connections as per diagram. Ensure cable bushings and cover are secured for IP 65 protection.
Refer to pump manual for priming instructions. Do not use PRESFLO® outlet to fill pump.
The POWER ON LED lights up. PRESFLO® starts the pump if no pressure is detected.
PRESFLO® is switched off. Power restoration resumes normal service and starts the pump.
System is pressurized, no demand. PRESFLO® detects pressure > start-up pressure (Pm) and no flow.
Water demand exists. PRESFLO® detects flow, pressure may be higher or lower than start-up pressure.
System demand ceased, taps closed. Pressure > start-up pressure (Pm) and no flow.
Pump stopped manually. Remains inactive until new command is given. Press briefly to restart.
PRESFLO® detected dry running, pump stopped temporarily. Press briefly to resume normal service.
PRESFLO® detected frequent start-ups, pump stopped temporarily. Press briefly to resume normal service.
Check electrical connections or relocate PRESFLO® if start-up pressure (Pm) is inadequate.
Check electricals, pump service, reset PRESFLO®, or wait for auto-restart for dry running/frequent start-up.
Check water pipes, PRESFLO® valve, hydraulic connections for leaks, or install an expansion tank.
Check for leaks (less than Qa) or if flow rate is higher than Qa. Install expansion tank or check valve.
Ensure all taps are off and no leaks exist. Check PRESFLO® check valve for blockage or damage.
