5.2ZerlegendesMotors(Drehstrom-Asynchronmotor)
Lüfterhaube (5) abnehmen: Die 4 Schrauben am Umfang der Lüfterhaube
entfernen.
Sicherungsring vor dem Lüfterügel (6) mit Zange entfernen, dann kann
der Lüfterügel mit einer Spezialvorrichtung abgezogen werden. Die
Abziehvorrichtung ist bei Dietz-motoren gegen Berechnung erhältlich.
Die Schrauben des Lagerabschlussdeckels (9) auf der Antriebs- oder
Gegenantriebsseite entfernen, wenn vorhanden.
Die Lagerschild-Befestigungsschrauben auf Antriebs- u. Gegen-
antriebsseite entfernen.
Lagerschilder (3) und (4) abnehmen und Rotor (2) aus dem Stator
(1) herausziehen.
5.3Ersatzteile(Drehstrom-Asynchronmotor)
Sie können die Originalersatzteile unter
Angabe der Motornummer und der Positionsnummer
bei Dietz-motoren bestellen, beziehungsweise unter
Angabe der Leistungsschildnummern.

Die eingebauten Wälzlager sind lebensdauergeschmiert und erreichen
unter normalen Betriebsverhältnissen (Kupplungsbetrieb, kein Wasser,
kein Schmutz) folgende Betriebsstunden:

5.2 Dismantling the motor
Take o󰀨 the fan cover (5): Remove the 4 screws around the edge of the
fan cover.
Use pliers to remove the circlip in front of the fan blade (6). You can
then pull out the fan blade with a special device, which can be bought
from Dietz-motoren.
If present, remove the screws on the bearing end plate (9) on the
driving or non-driving end.
Remove the end shield retaining bolts on the driving and non-driving
end.
Take o󰀨 the end shields (3) and (4) and pull the rotor (2) out of the
stator (1).
5.3Spareparts(asynchronousthree-phasemotor)
You can order the original replacement
parts from Dietz-motoren, stating the motor
number and item number, or the numbers
on the rating plate.
Replacing/regreasingballbearings
The ball bearings tted are lubricated for life and achieve the operating
hours listed below under normal operating conditions (coupling operation,
no water, no dirt):
