Symptom Cause Solution
• The display shows
E2
and the unit
goes off automatically, with the
display continuing to show error
E2
until the anomaly is repaired.
To remove from the display, press
the On/Off key once on the control
panel or remote control.
• Centrifugal blower or condenser fan
blocked, in short-circuit or disconnected.
• 5A fuse of the centrifugal blower or 7.5A
fuse of the condenser fan blown.
• Repair the possible obstruction of the centrifugal blower or the condenser fan; if
the error persists, replace the centrifugal blower or the condenser fan (remove the
outside cover of the unit in order to access the centrifugal blower or the condenser
fan; for the blower, also remove the evaporator access cover).
• Replace the 5A or 7.5A fuse. It is necessary to take down the control panel’s front
panel to access the condenser fan or centrifugal blower fuses.
(If the error persists, contact the Authorised Technical Service).

until the anomaly is repaired.
To remove
E3
from the display,
press the On/Off key once on the
control panel or remote control.
• Compressor defective or failed.
• Compressor module disconnected from
the compressor or defective.
• Replace the compressor.
• Connect the compressor module correctly or replace it (take down the outside
cover of the unit to access the module and the compressor).
(If the error persists, contact the Authorised Technical Service).
• When the unit starts up or runs,
the unit gives out a beeping
sound and the display shows
E6
(anti-freeze sensor failure). The
unit disconnects automatically,
although the display will show error
E6
until the anomaly is repaired.
To remove
E6
from the display,
press the On/Off key once on the
control panel or remote control.
• Poor connection in anti-freeze sensor
cables or terminals.
• Anti-freeze sensor disconnected or faulty.
• Check and correct any possible poor contacts in anti-freeze sensor cables or
terminals.
• Connect or replace the anti-freeze sensor.
