Cleaner won’t run
▪ Battery not charged. Charge battery. For first use, charge for at least 24 hours.
Cleaner won’t pick up or low suction
▪ Dirt Cup not installed correctly or Quickflip door is not properly closed.
▪ Review Filter Removal & Replacement or the Quickflip Dirt Cup Easy Empty section.
▪ Dirt cup is full. Empty dirt cup.
▪ Battery charge is getting weak. Charge battery.
▪ Filter is dirty. Clean or replace filter.
▪ Clogged filter. Remove filter and clean.
▪ Nozzle/dirt passage clogged. Disconnect nozzle and remove obstruction.
Dust escaping from cleaner
▪ Dirt cup is full. Empty dirt cup.
▪ Dirt Cup not installed correctly. Review Filter Removal & Replacement.
▪ Filter not installed correctly. Review Filter Removal & Replacement.
▪ Quickflip dirt cup door is not properly closed. Open and reclose the Quickflip dirt cup door making sure
there is no debris along the edges.
