      To address belt squealing in the neutral position on your Dirty Hand Tools Tiller, turn off the engine and allow the muffler to cool. Disconnect and secure the spark plug wire. Remove the belt guard. Pull down on the drive safety control lever and manually bend the forward belt guide so there is 1/16” or less clearance between the belt guide and the belt. Replace the belt guard and spark plug wire.
