About Your Bill
Your monthly bill is mailed approximately 15 days before your payment due
date. Your balance is indicated by the Amount Due.
Any changes you make to your service in the middle of your bill period may
result in prorated charges for added services and prorated credits for
discontinued services.
Do not write comments on the return portion of your bill, or send
correspondence to the payment address. Our payment processing system
cannot read comments. All communications concerning disputed debts,
including an instrument tendered as full satisfaction of debt, and any other
