9.2.1.3 Removing the grinding disc in the rotating and stationary flange, with screws
Some grinding discs are attached with screws (1). Use a
screwdriver to unscrew these screws before removing the
grinding discs:
Grinding disc MS 64
3 screws, use a size 3 screwdriver
Grinding disc MS 100
4 screws, use a size 5 screwdriver

HINT
Work on current-bearing assemblies or components must only be carried out by Ditting techni-
cians or by a qualified specialist electrician. Please see chapter 12 "Electrical wiring diagrams"
for the circuit diagrams.
WARNING
Only open the grinder when it is completely idle.
Before opening the casing, switch off the machine and disconnect the plug from the
mains socket.
