Use two wrenches for hose removal/installation to prevent component damage.
Detach the cover, diaphragm washer, and diaphragm from the regulator body.
Detach bushing, body insert, and O-rings, noting body insert orientation.
Hold lever, slide deflector knob over, rotate, and slide off.
Remove the adjustment knob pin, potentially by rotating the knob.
Detach the adjustment knob and LP valve assembly.
Detach the LP seat and two O-rings from the piston.
Use screwdriver to loosen, then dowel to push out the orifice.
Use a heat gun to soften the exhaust cover for easy removal.
Detach and check the exhaust valve for damage; it's reusable if undamaged.
Insert the exhaust valve into its designated position within the regulator body.
Heat the exhaust cover to soften it for easier installation onto the regulator.
Place the O-ring onto the orifice for proper sealing.
Use an 11/16 wrench to loosen and remove the nut.
Depress lever and pull knob to remove the adjustment tube assembly.
