Manual Lift Deck Height Adjustment
1. Refer to the deck height indicator decal,
directly to the left of the deck height adjustment
rod.
2. Determine the appropriate notch setting for your
desired cut.
3. Depress the deck foot pedal to lift deck, then
lock the deck in the highest position with the
deck lock handle.
4. Reposition the deck height stop to the selected
notch, then depresss the deck foot pedal
and release the deck lock.
5. Slowly release pressure on the deck foot pedal
to lower the deck to the new height setting.
Electric Lift Deck Height Adjustment
1. Refer to the deck height indicator decal, located
on top of the actuator housing.
2. Determine the appropriate notch setting for your
desired cut.
3. Activate the electric deck lift switch to raise the
deck by moving the switch FORWARD.
4. Reposition the deck height stop to the selected
notch.
5. Activate the electric deck lift switch to lower the
deck by moving the switch REARWARD.
NOTE: If the electric deck lift begins to click,
then it has been raised or lowered as far as it
will move, or extra weight has been added to
the deck and needs to be removed.

Start-Up and Operation
Quick Lift Operation
The 2760HP is equipped, from the factory, with an
electric deck lift and a quick lift foot pedal (See be-
low). The Quick Lift pedal can be used to override
the electric actuator to raise the deck quickly. To
use the Quick Lift pedal, you must fi rst rotate the
pedal from the “IN” position to the “OUT” or operat-
ing position (See below). Once in the operating
position, you will be able to conveniently lift the
deck.
The Quick Lift pedal is adjustable and should be
checked prior to using the mower for the fi rst time.
Adjust the pedal position for ease of use by loosen-
ing the two 5/8” bolts and nuts securing the quick
lift bracket to the frame arm. Place the bracket in
the desired position and tighten the fasteners.
