Environment Checks
1. Determine location and duration of flight
2. Determine altitude and overlap settings of flight
3. Assess weather for flight location – IF POOR CONDITIONS, DO NOT FLY
4. Check TFRs and NOTAMs.
5. File LAANC (if needed)
Battery Checks
6. Ensure M600 battery sets are fully charged
a. Minimum one set per flight, plus ≥ 1 backup set
NOTE: DO NOT Mix Battery Sets
7. Ensure PPK batteries are fully charged
a. 2 blue LiPOs needed
b. Minimum charge of 11.9 volts (fully charged: 12.6 v), with no more than 0.2
voltage difference between cells
8. Ensure M600 iPad battery is charged to ≥ 60% (iPad PW: 1-0-1-5-7-5)
9. Ensure both ‘Master’ and ‘Assistant’ controllers are charged to ≥ 75%
SD Card Checks
10. Sony A6000 SD Card
a. Delete all files
11. PPK MicroSD Card
a. Open CONFIG.html file and
ensure the following settings:
- Trigger Mode: Overlap
- Overlap: 80%
- Altitude: *Set to flight height*
- Focal Length: 21mm
- Height: 15.52mm
- Length: 23.28mm
- Trigger Control: Auto-Start
- Camera Offsets:
o X: 0.12m
o Y: -0.121m
o Z: 0.256m
- Atlas Global GNSS: Disabled
- Did you review settings? Yes
b. Right click and save as CONFIG.html
- Overwrite existing file in SD Card
